We may say that Sarah and Emmet Condon had no idea what lay ahead when they began Remedy in their kitchen. We'd be lying, though. They had a hunch. For some time, they had been brewing kombucha. It was popular among their kids. Their friends were seduced. Family members were stopping over more frequently to sample the food. So they decided to gamble. Some could describe it as a major risk. Their family was young. no backup employment options. A handful of credit cards, some savings. entrepreneurial skills but no prior industry expertise in the food and beverage industry. They did, however, possess lofty goals and a straightforward conviction. Oh, and a delicious kombucha brew and a lot of guts—possibly the most crucial things.
